Irish U12 Cup - Dublin
Well done to the U12s who competed in Dublin at the Irish U12 Cup.
Congratulations to our U12 team who competed in the Irish U12 Cup on Sunday 7th June at the National Aquatic Centre, Dublin.
The team were fantastic throughout and enjoyed victories against St Vincent’s, Drogheda and Newry. Unfortunately they lost against North Dublin before losing by a goal against group winners Clontarf. The team finished a strong third narrowly missing out on a place in the semi-finals.
Well done to players, coaches and families, who were a credit to the Club. Thanks also to Iron it Out, Cookstown for sponsoring the team for a second year running.

Juniors - Thursday 4 September, Falls, 6.45 to 9.45
This season we are encouraging all members to be in the water at least twice a week. For our youngest members this should be a swimming lesson and a water polo session. for our older members, it should be two session with us and more time in the pool swimming with team mates.
If there is anything we can do to help, whether it’s lift sharing to training, session plans or information on swimming lessons, speak to your coach.

A chance to register online if you haven’t already.

Cú Chulainn and North Belfast
One of our founder clubs was Grads Water Polo Club, which was based in the Grove and enjoyed great success in the area.
We’ve historically had a session in North Belfast and have great links with local primary and secondary schools (in particular, St Malachy’s College and BRA).
Our junior session didn’t resume after Covid, but we think the time is right to grow the sport for boys in the north of the city.
Happy New Year!
Returning to the pool in 2025
