BRA pool closure
Mid-term break
Junior training at BRA pool on Tuesday 13th February is cancelled as the pool is closed for mid-term break.
The pool re-opens on Monday 19th February and training resumes on Tuesday 20th.
The junior sessions on Wednesday and Thursday are unaffected.
Easter break
BRA pool is closed from Friday 23rd March to Monday 9th April for the Easter Break.
Training will not take place on Tuesday 27th March and Tuesday 3rd April. The session will resume on 10th April.

Ulster Christmas Matches
Details of the Christmas 2017 junior water polo matches!
Ulster Water Polo have announced details of this years schedule of junior matches in the run up to a Christmas.
The matches will take place in the Grove Leisire Centre on Friday evenings throughout December:
Friday 8th U11's 7.30 to 9.00pm
Friday 15th U13's 7.30 to 9.30pm
Cú Chulainn will be entering teams in all of the above age groups.

Details
A Junior Water Polo Skills Camp is being planned for Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December at the Bangor Aurora Complex.
Wed 27th: U11’s in Morning and U13’s in Afternoon
10am – 12noon: U11’s in pool (Skills and mini polo games)
12noon – 1pm: Lunch
1pm – 2pm: U13’s Land Session
2pm – 4pm: U13’s in pool (Skills and games)
Thurs 28th: U15 & U17 Girls all day
10am – 12noon: Pool Session
12 – 1pm: Lunch
1pm – 2pm: Land session (warm up, stretching etc)
2pm – 4pm: Pool Session
Fri 29th: U15 & U17 Boys all day
10am – 12noon: Pool Session
12 – 1pm: Lunch
1pm – 2pm: Land session (warm up, stretching etc.)
2pm – 4pm: Pool Session
Athlete criteria
• U11’s – proficient Mini or Maxi polo players
• U13’s – able to swim 4 lengths without stopping
• U15 & U17 – currently representing their Club in competitions
Camp Fees:
• U11: £10 pp
• U13: £10 pp
• U15: £20 pp
• U17: £20 pp
Booking a place
If you are interested or would like to know more please get in touch. Alternatively, coaches will be distributing notices and application forms at junior sessions on w/c 20 November.
Deadline
Applications including fees must be received by Friday 1st December.
First round of national fixtures released
National fixtures for the first half of the 2017/18 season have been announced by the National Executive.
Fixtures for September to December
The National Executive have released fixtures for the first half of the 2017/18 season and some key dates for the U19, U17 and Irish Senior Cups.
The full fixtures list is available to download while the fixtures section of the website has been updated with the relevant fixtures for Cú Chulainn.
